Established in 1961, European University Cyprus ((ギリシア語:Ευρωπαϊκό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου))has become the most reliable educational institution in the country. First established as Cyprus College, EUC received university status in 2007. The institution has a student enrollment of 5,000 and provides undergraduate, graduate and doctorate degrees. Students are graded based on the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS). European University Cyprus (EUC) is one of the leading institutions of higher education in Cyprus, with a strong reputation for excellence in teaching, innovation and research. Modern applications are more likely to use UTF-8, which supports all of the glyphs of the EUC codes, and more, and is generally more portable with fewer vendor deviations and errors. European University Cyprus belongs to Laureate International Universities, a network of Higher Education institutions founded in 1998 in the United States. It is currently made up of more than 80 accredited campus-based and online institutions, in 29 countries throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, with more than 150 campuses and over 950,000 students worldwide.〔(Laureate International Universities )〕 European University Cyprus cooperates with several universities all over the world.
